Brisbane Open House invites you to tour three of Brisbane’s most-awarded and inspiring architecturally-designed homes.
Enjoy visiting the influential D House. Timothy Hill (Director of Partners Hill Architects), was the lead architect on the project. D House received the Australian Institute of Architects National Award and the Robin Boyd Award for Residential Buildings in 2000. Designed and constructed over 12 years by owners and architects Rebekah and Casey Vallance (Cultivar Architects + Cox Rayner), the Left Over Space House in Paddington, was awarded “House of the Year” at the World Architecture Festival Awards in 2013. Brookes Street House by James Russell Architect is nestled between two 19th-century state-heritage-listed buildings in Fortitude Valley. Brookes Street House was awarded the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA) Robin Dods Award and AIA National Award for Residential Buildings in 2006.
