In south-east Queensland, with the Olympic and Paralympic Games on the horizon, there may be a once-in-a-generation chance to reimagine and transform cities.
Join panellists Dy Currie AM, Professor Mark Hickman and Christina Na-Heon Cho, with Tegan Taylor as moderator, online as they consider international role models, discuss local challenges, and debate how to build better cities.
Dy Currie AM is the chief planner of Brisbane City Council, the Brisbane 2032 Host City office lead, and a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Cities of Tomorrow.
Professor Mark Hickman is chair of the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), and professor of Transport Engineering at the School of Civil Engineering, UQ.
Christina Na-Heon Cho is the director of Cox Architecture, and winner of the 2018 AIA National Emerging Architect Prize.
Tegan Taylor is part of the ABC Science Unit, and co-host of the multi-award-winning ABC Coronacast podcast.
