Biography

Carolyn Karnovsky is principal of creative strategy at UAP Company. Carolyn draws on twelve years’ experience in the art and design industry to develop new project opportunities, define the creative strategy for a project, and nurture client and stakeholder relationships.

Prior to joining UAP in 2016, Carolyn managed a team of art consultants at not-for-profit cultural organization FORM in Western Australia. During this time Carolyn collaborated with major developers, a range of government agencies, leading architecture firms and a host of creative talent from Australia and overseas. Carolyn’s team successfully delivered projects for Perth’s signature developments, including the new Perth Stadium, Elizabeth Quay, Perth Airport, Crown Towers Perth, Waterbank and Brookfield Place.
