Biography

Led by her boundless passion for architecture, Jess has become a highly regarded principal and now leads FK’s Brisbane studio. Since her early days with the practice, she has always displayed a penchant for planning and design development. Almost two decades on, she has blossomed into the quintessential modern architect and exudes the winning culture and ethos that FK represents. Her ability to assimilate multiple viewpoints into buildable realities – and to do so quickly, to the highest quality – honours the firm’s design intent. These valued traits have brought her quiet gratification, as well as renown at the firm. 

As a student of the built environment, Jess is constantly striving to bring architecture back to being human-centric; in particular, within the seniors living sector. Her enduring resilience continues to result in good design being accessible to more people from all walks of life.
