Liam Proberts is a director of Bureau Proberts. Since commencing architectural practice twenty-five years ago, Liam has focused on creating unique and valued architecture for his clients and the region, creating a vibrant design culture in practice. Liam has experience across many project types including residential housing, educational facilities and significant public projects.

His creative direction of cultural projects is unique and internationally relevant with an approach that champions artist collaboration and progressive technology and materials to create an expressive architecture. Such collaboration has led to working with such artists as Idris Khan, Daniel Tobin and Sandra Selig in producing works such as the National Police Memorial Canberra, The Brisbane Powerhouse Masterplan and the Al Fanar (Beacon) project in Saudi Arabia.
