Biography

Architect, urbanist, artist and educator Tom Rivard reimagines the relationships between natural and built systems in the context of increasing global transformations. As lead in environmental city-making at Realm Studios, he works on integrating ecologies, communities and infrastructure. Tom is a member of The Climate Reality Project and advises on climate adaptation. He teaches, lectures and writes widely, believing that the future will be made by the stories we tell. He divides his time.
